UK Delivery Charges
We guarantee to despatch all in stock items the next working day
for all orders received before 8.00pm Monday to Thursday, provided we are in receipt of
cleared payment from you. We will endeavour to despatch any
orders received after this time the next working day, however this
is not guaranteed. Orders received on a Friday, Saturday and up to
8.00pm on a Sunday will be despatched on a Monday.
All goods are sent via Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery,
unless we notify you otherwise. This will occasionally occur
when the order is particularly heavy.
Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery transit times are normally 1 to 2 working days,
although this can be longer during busy periods, such as
after bank holidays and at Christmas. Should we choose to
use an alternative courier, the lead time will generally be
2 to 5 working days.
Flat charges are applied as follows. Please note these charges do
not include The Channel Islands. For Channel Island deliveries
please add the 'European' fee in the International Deliveries
section below to your order:

International Deliveries
We are happy to post goods to international destinations. Please
complete your payment details, and the fill in the delivery address
as your home address. Once payment has been received we will e-mail
you to ask for the correct delivery address details, and for any
personal message you would like us to send with the gift.
There is
an additional £5.00 charge per item for European deliveries
(including The Channel Islands) or an additional £8.00 charge
per item for Worldwide deliveries.
All
international parcels are sent via Royal Mail's International Signed For Service,
unless we notify you otherwise. This may occasionally occur when the order
is particularly heavy.
Estimated delivery times are within; 3 days for Western Europe, 4 days for
Eastern Europe and 5 days for the Rest of the World.
