Ordering
You can buy products from us online, subject to availability,
using your credit or debit card. Our payment service provider,
Paypal, provide a secure online purchasing environment.
After you complete your order, by successfully submitting
payment through Paypal's service, you will receive an email
confirmation of your order. This means that your bank has
authorised the transaction. We will then process and despatch
your order.
We also accept payment by cheque, however the goods cannot be
despatched until the cheque has been cleared. Please send the
cheque with your address and cheque card number on the back to
duck-face, 11 Pulman Close, Redditch, Worcestershire, B97 6HR.
We reserve the right to offer substitute goods if those ordered
aren't available. In this case we will contact you prior to the
goods being despatched.
We endeavour to keep the photographs of products up to date,
however designs may vary slightly from those shown.
Prices
Prices shown include VAT (where applicable) and are quoted in
GBP Sterling.
All prices include packaging and personal message card. Delivery
charges are not included, please see our "Delivery
Information" page for details of UK and International delivery costs.
Returns
In accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance
Selling) Act, you may return the goods to us within 7 days
from the date of receipt of the goods (cooling off period)
and if they are in perfect re-saleable condition, with
original packaging and receipt/invoice, then we will give
you a full refund. You must inform us in writing of your
wish to cancel and return the order. The refund will be in
the form of the original method of payment. However, you
will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to
us. Please return goods to duck-face, 11 Pulman Close,
Redditch, Worcestershire, B97 6HR.
If the goods are faulty or not what you ordered, then you
can return the goods, in original packaging and with
receipt/invoice, to the above address and we will refund the
cost of the goods and the return postage.
